Retreaver Supported Browsers
Quick summary
Retreaver recommends using Chrome when using our web app interface but we aim to support any major modern browser (Safari, Firefox, etc).
Retreaver's website (where Campaigns, Numbers, Buyers, etc. are managed) officially supports the following browsers:
- Chrome
- Newer versions of Edge (based on Chrome)
- Safari
- Mobile Safari/Chrome
- Firefox
Our developers recommend Chrome for the most stable experience. Over the years we have occassionally had some bugs that were unique to either Safari or Firefox but those are increasingly rare.
Note: This is unrelated to our embedded JavaScript library, which supports all major browsers.
If you do choose to use non-Chrome browsers feel free to inform our support staff of any bugs you come across and we'll try to improve cross-browser support, but use it at your own risk.
