"Who hung up?" - Now visible to collaborators (when you want it to be)
Publishers often ask: "why did this call drop?", "who ended it?", "was it the caller or the buyer?". Until now, answering meant pulling the data yourself and replying one publisher at a time.
Revenue & Payout visibility for Real-Time Bidding
You can now see the **Revenue** and **Payout** for every buyer that takes part in a real-time bidding (RTB) auction — including the Revenue and Payout each buyer *would* have generated if they had won the bid. These figures are available across all Reservation Events, and you can filter and search by them.
Revshare Conversion
Publishers can now use Revshare — a new conversion type that automatically inherits its criteria from the buyer side. Set the payout once (% of revenue or fixed dollar amount), and the publisher conversion will trigger on exactly the same conditions the buyer's does.
Send RTB calls to a SIP without username and password
Publishers can now deliver RTB calls to Retreaver by addressing the call to the **reservation UUID** itself, without needing to configure SIP username/password authentication
Redesigned Call Page
The Call detail page has been refreshed!
Allow RTB requests without `caller_number` on a postback key (part 2)
You can now configure a postback key to accept RTB reservation requests that do **not** include a `caller_number`. Previously the request would fail with `FAILED must include caller_number (string)`. Previously you could but only a sip number could be returned. Now you have the option to return a DID that looks like a number, quacks like a number because it is the number that was passed or configured.
New Caps Visualization
We redesigned the Buyer Caps UI to better visualize when your buyers are over cap and make it more clear when a Business Hour cap is currently active.
New Webhook: Recording Available
We've added a new **Recording Available** webhook trigger that fires only once recording is available.
New Webhook: After AI Analysis Completed
We've added a new After AI Analysis webhook trigger. It fires only once AI Analyst has fully finished processing a call (transcription + configured analyses/prompts), so you can run external automations with final intent/disposition/tag results reliably available.
Waiting Room: attempt-based expiry and reporting
The waiting room now supports expiring based on the **number of attempts**, in addition to the existing time-based expiry. You can set both — whichever limit is reached first ends the wait. We've also added two new reporting columns so you can see what the waiting room is actually doing.
AI Analyst Columns in the Call Log and Reports
"Which sources are sending us callers who are interested in getting a quote, but the calls end up failing because the quote is not for them and they needed more information?" We've added new columns to the Call Log that surface the results of AI-powered disposition and intent analysis directly in the table — no need to open each call individually.
Improved SIP Set Up
Retreaver’s updated Buyer SIP Number form makes setup easier: enter a SIP URI, add optional authentication credentials, and pass SIP headers for routing or metadata.
RTB Without Caller Number via SIP
RTB requests without a caller number now return a SIP address with the reservation UUID, allowing publishers to route calls via SIP without sending the caller number. Publishers now longer need to flood the system with fake caller number to protect their leads.
Transparent Expected Conversion Details on RTB Reservations
RTB reservations now show expected conversion details on the call page before the call arrives - including expected payout, revenue, seconds, and the payable/receivable conversion logic used to calculate them.

RTB Dashboard - Buyer Consideration Visibility
The RTB dashboard now tracks how many times a buyer was actively considered during routing. Previously, the dashboard only showed negative outcomes (paused, closed, rejected). You can now see a better picture of buyer activity.
