How do I filter a buyer by specific publishers?

You can restrict or allow calls to a buyer based on the **publisher** using tag filters.

To filter by publisher:

1. Open the **Call Buyer** profile.  
2. Navigate to the **Tags** section.  
3. Click **Wizard**.  
4. Select **Publishers**.  
5. Choose your condition:
   - **equals** → only allow calls from selected publishers  
   - **not equals** → exclude specific publishers  
6. Select the desired publisher(s).  
7. Click **Add Tag**, then **Done**.

This ensures the buyer only receives calls from the specified publisher(s), or excludes them depending on the operator used.

How do I set a minimum bid requirement for a buyer?

Accepted Answer

Each buyer webhook returns values using an **output tag prefix**, such as:

- `retreaver_rtb_11111_bid` (bid amount)
- `retreaver_rtb_11111_timer` (timer/buffer)

To enforce a **minimum bid requirement**:

1. Open the **Call Buyer** profile.  
2. Scroll to the **Tags** section.  
3. Click **Wizard**.  
4. Select **Numeric**.  
5. Set the following:
   - **Key**: `retreaver_rtb_11111_bid`  
   - **Operator**: greater than or equal to  
   - **Value**: `30`  
6. Click **Add Tag**, then **Done**.

This ensures only bids **≥ $30** are considered. Any bids below this value will be disregarded during routing.

Can I create custom AI prompts to extract specific information from calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Custom AI Prompts, you can ask your own questions and extract additional insights beyond default intent and disposition tagging.

Can I analyze only certain calls?

Yes. One-off analysis can be run directly from the call log after filtering.

Does AI Analyst run automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI Analyst supports both automatic and manual analysis. Enable it to process calls automatically, or apply filters in Call Log (Beta) to analyze only selected calls.

Does affiliate tracking work with static numbers, or only with number pools (DNI)?

Accepted Answer

Full web session attribution requires number pools and Retreaver.js (DNI). Static numbers can still use other tagging methods like RTB or Data Writing, but they cannot capture URL parameters from visitor sessions.

Can I track multiple networks with different IDs on the same page?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add multiple Parameter Mappers, each mapping a different URL key to a different tag key. For example, map affiliate_id to publisher_id and network_id to network_tag simultaneously.

What happens if the affiliate forgets to include their ID in the URL?

Accepted Answer

The call will not be tagged with an affiliate ID and will appear as unattributed traffic in your reports. Consider implementing validation or default values if this is a concern.

Question 9

Can affiliates use different parameter names than affiliate_id?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As long as your Parameter Mapper is configured to look for that specific key, affiliates can use any parameter name. Just ensure consistency between the URL parameter and your mapper configuration.
