"Who hung up?" - Now visible to collaborators (when you want it to be)

Publishers often ask: "why did this call drop?", "who ended it?". Until now, answering meant pulling the data yourself and replying one publisher at a time.

What's new

Opt-in permission to share "Hung up by" with collaborators You can now grant Publisher collaborators permission to see who hung up on a call — the caller or the buyer. The field appears on the call detail page only when you've enabled it for that collaborator.

Filter the Calls Dashboard by "Hung up by" The Calls Dashboard now includes a "Hung up by" filter, a Drill Down option, and a column in the call log. This applies to all new calls going forward.

How to enable

On a collaborator's permissions, toggle on the "Hung up by" field. They'll see it on the call detail page and be able to filter the Calls Dashboard by it.

Note: the dashboard filter and column reflect calls received from today onward.
