# "Who hung up?" - Now visible to collaborators (when you want it to be)

Publishers often ask: *"why did this call drop?"*, *"who ended it?"*. Until now, answering meant pulling the data yourself and replying one publisher at a time.

## What's new

**Opt-in permission to share "Hung up by" with collaborators**
You can now grant Publisher collaborators permission to see who hung up on a call — the caller or the buyer. The field appears on the call detail page only when you've enabled it for that collaborator.

**Filter the Calls Dashboard by "Hung up by"**
The Calls Dashboard now includes a "Hung up by" filter, a Drill Down option, and a column in the call log. This applies to all new calls going forward.

## How to enable

On a collaborator's permissions, toggle on the "Hung up by" field. They'll see it on the call detail page and be able to filter the Calls Dashboard by it.

Note: the dashboard filter and column reflect calls received from today onward.
