# Retreaver's Waiting Room

## Feature Overview

The **Waiting Room** is a new feature that allows Retreaver to temporarily hold callers when no buyers are available, instead of immediately routing them to a “No Buyer Matched” outcome.

Instead of dropping the call, Retreaver intelligently holds it while continuously checking your agents’ availability in the background. As soon as a buyer becomes available, the call is connected automatically.

This creates a seamless experience for the caller while significantly improving connection rates.
