# How to Upload Call Sources in Bulk

When setting up many call **Sources** (synonym for publishers or affiliates in Retreaver) for use when tracking calls, rather than adding them one-by-one through the interface, you can upload them via a [CSV](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma-separated_values) file. In the Sources view click **Upload Sources** or simply drag the CSV file into this general area.

The file requires your data to conform to the following format:

```
source id, first name, last name, company name, email
```

Only the source id is absolutely required, and if you use any external third-party tracking systems, this must match the source id you use in there.

When you include an email address, you must also include a first name. By including a name and an email, Retreaver will automatically invite Publishers to collaborate with you on any calls that come through numbers they have been tagged with as the Source.
